IdealFit Turbo weight-management drops bottle and packaging

What it is

IdealFit Turbo is a 20 ml bottle of liquid drops from the IdealFit range, part of the brand's "Turbo" line. The packaging carries a "100% Natural" mark and is labeled as a food supplement rather than a medicine. Its formula is built around plant extracts common across the supplement world — green tea and guarana for their naturally occurring caffeine, hibiscus and goji berry as botanical extracts, and L-carnitine, an amino-acid derivative widely used in sports-nutrition products — combined with a water base, natural flavoring, and standard food-grade preservatives. It's taken as drops rather than a capsule or powder, which allows flexible dosing with food or drink. Everything on this page reflects the ingredient list, directions, and packaging supplied by the manufacturer/distributor — we haven't run independent lab testing on this product.

This is a paid-affiliate editorial page. Our description of the product is based on the manufacturer's packaging and product information, not independent lab testing. See the full disclosure at the bottom of this page.

Fitting it into a routine

Consistency: taking it with the same meals each day is a simple way to build the habit, per the "with food or drink" instruction on the label.
Caffeine timing: since the formula contains natural caffeine, some people prefer to take their second dose earlier in the day rather than close to bedtime.
Storage: keep the dropper cap tightly closed and store away from direct heat, as with most liquid plant extracts.

Before you buy

This is a food supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Contains natural caffeine (from green tea and guarana). Not recommended for anyone avoiding caffeine, and best avoided late in the day.
If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, or managing a health condition, check with a doctor or pharmacist before starting.
Keep out of reach of children. Store as directed on the packaging.
Individual results vary; a supplement works alongside diet and activity, not in place of them.
